We understand that sometimes things get in the way of...well, LIFE! Please understand that we look forward to servicing you at your scheduled time. Due to last minute cancellations and no show occurrences, WE HAVE A FIRM POLICY for appointments that are not met and/or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Due to our studio set up and or operating hours, we sometimes are not able to be reached directly, therefore leaving a message via voicemail, email and or text, 24 hours or more before your appointment will NOT be considered a no show or cancellation. Furthermore, please be prompt to appointments, clients 15 minutes late to his or her appointment will not receive a blow dry, and clients 30 minutes late will be considered a no show/cancellation, subject to our policy. There are no exceptions to this policy. We reserve the right to charge 50% of service value for NO SHOW and CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS before your scheduled appointment. This amount must be collected prior to performance of any future service. Thank you for making sure you schedule THE BEST time that works for your schedule and giving us sufficient advance notice in the event of your inability to keep your scheduled appointment.
